Passed away on 27 July 2018, aged 40 years.
Funeral service to be held at Our Lady of the Angels’ Chapel, Princethorpe College, Rugby, CV23 9PX on Friday 24 August 2018 at 2:00pm followed by private committal service at St James’ Church, Bulkington.
